Trust & Honor FEE SCHEDULE

Effective January 1st, 2024

Trust Administration Services

Trust & Honor’s rate is $190 per hour or an annual percentage, whichever is greater. The following percentage fees shall apply, with the annual percentage fees calculated for the market value of total trust assets:

Percentage Fees:

  • 1.5% - On the first $1 Million
  • 1.0% - $1 Million to $3 Million
  • 0.75% - $3 Million to $8 Million
  • 0.5% - anything above $8 Million

Minimum Monthly Fee:  $400

Agent Under Power of Attorney/Agent for Health Care Services

Trust & Honor’s rate is $190 per hour. All services will be charged at a minimum of one-tenth (.10) of an hour.

Probate Administration Services

Statutory probate fees for customary services are authorized under Probate Code §10810, and are computed on a fee base comprised of gross assets, plus receipts and gains, less losses, on the following schedule:

  • 4% of the first $100,000
  • 3% of the next $100,000
  • 2% of the next $800,000
  • 1% of the next $9,000,000
  • 0.5% of the next $15,000,000
  • Court discretion after $25,000,000

In addition to statutory fees, pursuant to Probate Code §10811, extraordinary fees can be requested for services such as tax issues, real property sales and litigation. Though subject to court approval, extraordinary services are charged at the hourly rate of $190.

Fees charged may vary case-by-case, depending on circumstances.

This fee schedule is subject to change with reasonable and required notice.

FUTURE SERVICES

Trust & Honor offers a future service agreement accepting a client’s nomination for Sara Ecklein to act in the future as Successor Trustee for Trusts, Executor under a Will, Attorney-in-Fact under a Power of Attorney, and/or Agent under an Advanced Health Care Directive. A non-refundable Initial Intake Fee of $1,500.00 will be charged to go through Trust & Honor’s 6 Step Intake Process.
